My love for transforming lives comes from my experience and collaborating with individuals suffering from many different types of abuse, incarceration, homelessness, addictions, dual diagnoses, those who have been held captive of their grief and trauma, and those who’ve just had some really bad habits.
My clients appreciate my elite level of professionalism, humanistic approach, accountability, accessibility, confidentiality, compassion, and most importantly, my personality. I mostly work with professionals and women’s issues while remaining culturally competent and sensitive to the needs and desires of my clients. My small caseload allows me flexibility, creativity, and non-traditional, but ethical, ways of “getting it done” which has been the most discussed topic in sessions. I am known as, “the great adjuster.”
I love Jesus, coffee, laughing, singing, dancing, eating, and most importantly, raising my two little people. They remind me not to take myself too serious and live a little.
Nothing is off-limits in therapy, and my favorite thing to do is draw lines through my to-do list, with extremely bright highlighters because I’m extra like that, while yelling, “Done and done!”
Did I mention I love coffee? :)
Love,
Your Therapist Bestie, Ari 🤍
